This group is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts looking to combine their love of hiking with the mindfulness of yoga. Events will occur seasonally on a monthly basis at a minimum and are free for Colorado residents.

Welcome to the Jungle! In this practice we will combine HOT yoga with COOL plants. This class is a slower power practice that will move your body with slow and deliberate flowing postures, challenge your strength and balance, and relax you into a well-deserved savasana. Your instructor will break down each pose for proper alignment and offer all level options that will benefit any yogis’ practice. Experience yoga surrounded by the lucious foliage of Molbak's greenhouse.
Bring lots of water, a yoga mat, and a small towel.
Start time: Meet at trailhead at 9AM
End time: noon-ish
Duration: 1.5-2 hrs hiking + ~1hr of Yoga & Meditation (3-4hr total)
Location: Hikes will be within 30-60 min drive of Seattle. Location details will be sent week of the event.
Cost: $25/hike, $120 for a 'season pass'
Equipment needed: Comfortable shoes for hiking, water, snacks, yoga mat you don't mind getting dirty, small pack to carry your pack. Sunglasses, sunscreen and bug repellent as needed.

Come and relish in all the PNW has to offer with this 3 hour mini retreat designed to connect the body, mind, and breath with nature. Step outside the yoga studio and breathe in the beauty of the forest and river. Are you ready to move and breathe in the fresh forest air, listen to the sounds of the river and bring on the spring feeling strong and vital? Great, me too! Grab your gear and let’s go.
What to expect:
A guided 75 minute outdoor yoga and meditation experience, followed by 2 hours of free time for you to enjoy the sauna, hot tub and cold plunge tanks (or the river!) provided by PNW Mobile Spa.
After a round of introductions, we will enjoy a short guided walking meditation in this secluded forest alongside the Skykomish river. We will come together for a standing yoga flow (roughly 45 mins) and then meander mindfully back as a group to the wood-fire tent for a brief closing meditation. Guests can then warm their spirits and bodies in the sauna and hot tub.
My hope is that you will be able to slow down for a bit, connect with nature, as well as yourself and like minded individuals for 75 minutes. So often we are moving so quickly throughout the day, and this adventure is an invitation to slow down and create meaningful connection with the world around us.
This 3 hour event will be community style beginning with guided yoga with Ciara. The last two hours of the event guests will have access to the sauna, cold plunges, hot tub, fire pit, and heated lounge
