Private Yoga Hike (Group or Individual)
Nestled at the foot of the Boulder flatirons you'll unroll your mat and be guided through an outdoor yoga session. We offer vinyasa style yoga classes that are slow and intentional, with a focus on spinal alignment and linking the breath to movement. Yoga classes last 45-60 minutes and, if you are participating in a yoga hike, we will follow our yoga session with a 1-2 hour hike.
Outdoor yoga allows us to shift our surroundings, stepping out of our daily routines and granting ourselves the opportunity for perspective. Our intention is to create a space for us to bring our whole and messy selves, to play, laugh, and have fun while connecting with others in our local and global community. We strive to create containers that provide opportunities for silliness and self-reflection, belly laughs and breathwork, you-time and yoga.
$75 per person
