Each day, our chef crafts nourishing breakfast, lunch, and dinner experiences, from vibrant smoothie bowls to hearty Buddha bowls and decadent vegan desserts. Meals are served sunrise-to-sunset, providing grounding energy and connecting you to the land.

Guided Yoga + Meditation

Dedicate time for your soul’s nourishment. Daily intention-setting, sunset journaling sessions, and cacao ceremony. Join uplifting yoga classes + grounding meditation sessions. Leave with practical tools to bring that retreat glow into your daily life.

Adventure + Relaxation Balance

Blend movement with exploration: coastal hikes to hidden bays, surfing lessons, and serene moments on the sand. Every activity is optional; you choose your own pace: explore, journal, reflect, or simply be.

Our Venue

Amara Retreat’s main house is a tranquil sanctuary nestled in the lush Noosa hinterland, offering sweeping mountain views and serene natural beauty. With cozy shared and private rooms, open living spaces, and a magnesium plunge pool, it’s the perfect setting to unwind, connect, and recharge. Guests can wander peaceful forest trails, gather for yoga or reflection, and soak up the restorative energy of the land.

Itinerary Highlights

Main Retreat in Noosa (Nov 10–14)

Your sanctuary on the Sunshine Coast awaits: a peaceful escape with yoga, ocean air, and time to reset.

Arrival: Monday, November 10 by 3:00 PM
Departure: Friday, November 14 at 11:00 AM

Daily Flow:

  • Morning practice (7–9 AM): Yoga and meditation to set the tone for your day

  • Breakfast (9 AM)

  • Free time / excursions / activities (late morning–afternoon)

  • Evening yoga (~6 PM)

  • Dinner (7 PM)

Included:

  • Daily yoga in a private sanctuary

  • Relaxation on pristine beaches with time to recharge

  • All meals included, except for one special dinner out in town

Excursions: Optional mid-day excursions are available for an extra fee, including surf lessons, hiking, and boat exploration adventures.

Optional Cairns Adventure Add-On (Nov 7–10)

Begin your journey with three unforgettable days in tropical North Queensland.

Departure: Monday morning, November 10

Included Adventures:

  • Rainforest train ride and overhead sky tram through lush jungle landscapes

  • Snorkeling at Green Island on the Great Barrier Reef

  • Exploration of waterfalls and coastal hikes with breathtaking views

Meals: Meals are not included during this portion. We’ll dine out together and enjoy the vibrant Cairns food scene.
Transit: All transfers from Cairns to the main retreat center are included.
